We initially made 2 prototypes of our new 5 string clawhammer style banjo. We sent the first one to the great Mary Z Cox for evaluation. She paid it the highest possible complement - she bought it. This banjo has a bubinga 11" pot, and anigre and koa 7 piece laminate neck, custom Lame Horse inlays (gold and white mop on headstock - preban ivory horse at 5th fret), custom tailpiece, carved scroll at scoop, Pegheds 4:1 tuners.
